  • Will installing AutoExe parts on my Mazda void my vehicle's warranty?

    All AutoExe parts purchased from and installed by Mazda Philippines or any authorized Mazda dealership nationwide shall not void the 3-year warranty of your Mazda vehicle.

  • Are AutoExe parts covered by manufacturer warranty?

    Yes, all AutoExe parts purchased from and installed by Mazda Philippines or any authorized Mazda dealership nationwide shall be covered by a 1-year warranty. Your receipt will serve as the proof of purchase for warranty claim purposes.

    All AutoExe parts are not covered by Mazda Philippines’ 5-Year Free Service Plan.

  • What AutoExe parts can be ordered locally?

    All AutoExe parts listed in Mazda Philippines' AutoExe pricelists may be ordered through all authorized Mazda dealerships nationwide. AutoExe parts are imported from Japan upon customer order.

    Mazda Philippines will continue to test and expand the local availability of more AutoExe parts and models.

  • How much do I pay for AutoExe parts ordered and installed on my Mazda vehicle?

    The local SRP for AutoExe parts covers the cost of the parts. However, this does not include labor costs for installation. Additional labor fees will be charged by your Mazda dealership upon installation of AutoExe parts.

    For factory-installed AutoExe parts on new vehicles, labor fees for installation shall be waived.
